I just bought a new house and secured my loan through Mike and his team. This market is tricky in that you don't want to bid contingent on the sale of your current home so basically you have to get pre-approved for the new home/mortgage while carrying your current mortgage. Mike's team helped me navigate through all of the paperwork and all of my questions about closing costs. They were very helpful, knowledgeable efficient and fast! I was approved successfully and am now in my dream house thanks to Mike and his team!
