We have never owned a home and were in well over our heads when it came to the mortgage process. Mike was able to find us a loan with terms that were better than what my bank of 20 years was offering me and he came up with some creative solutions to lower our percentage rate as well as give us monthly payments that were comfortable. He answered texts from me quickly, always responded to my emails and was kind enough to first speak with me on a Sunday when I am certain he was not planning to be working. His whole team was a joy to work with and answered all of my questions in a way that kept my stress level at bay - not an easy task!
